IRONEX Refund Policy

Refund conditions and applicable fees.

Definitions

  • Assets — any e-currencies, fiat cash/non-cash national currencies, cryptocurrencies and tokens.
  • Service — the software for exchanging Assets.
  • Exchange — transfer of Assets between the Service and the User.
  • User — a person who used the Service.
  • Order — the client's intention to exchange Assets through the Service interfaces.
  • Timeout — the time allocated to the User to transfer Assets to the Service.
  • Unaccounted funds — Assets credited without an Order, in excess of the amount or after the Timeout.
  • Return — the Service action of transferring Assets or Unaccounted funds back to the User.
  • Refund — cancellation of a completed Exchange for the purpose of Return (not available after completion).

1. General

  • This policy describes Returns and applicable fees.
  • Return is possible only if the Exchange was not completed.
  • Payments after Timeout or after completion are not refundable.
  • Any payment system fees are non-refundable.

2. Return Conditions

  • Return can be made only to the account specified in the Order or from which the Assets were sent (except special cases).
  • Return is possible only for the amount of Assets sent by the User for Exchange.
  • The Service withholds a fee for performing the Return.
  • No return for Assets sent after Timeout or in excess if the Exchange was canceled.

3. Service Obligations

  • Return Assets sent by the User to the Service if the Exchange did not take place.
  • Store Assets subject to Return free of charge.
  • Do not use such Assets for commercial purposes or profit.

4. Service Rights

  • Start processing a Return only after the User contacts support and the full amount is received.
  • Decline Refund if the Exchange is completed or policy conditions are not met.
  • Charge a fee for Return in cases:
    • unable to complete the Exchange for reasons beyond the Service (e.g., blocked User account);
    • the Order is placed in violation of the rules;
    • Assets sent after Timeout or in excess of the Order amount.
  • Return to a different account only if required for returning crypto or tokens.

5. Return Fees

  • Any assets — 5%
  • The fee is withheld from the returned Asset.
  • Additional payment system fees are not reimbursed.
